'Droitwich Calling' Exhibition
3 miles north-east of Droitwich lies Wychbold, the home of the Droitwich BBC transmitting station. Established in 1934 and closed in 1989, its masts were 700 feet high and still dominate the skyline to this day.
Sea Bathing Lido
The Lido was opened by film star Ralph Lynn in 1935 and has been a popular Droitwich attraction ever since.
