We are currently showcasing our 14th century Medieval Roof Finial, along with an interpretive replica created by local artist and historian Alan Davey, of how it might have looked in its heyday.

There are also some other medieval items from our collections on display, together with information depicting what Droitwich would have been like in Medieval Times.

Droitwich Spa Guided Town Walks

Would you like to find out more about Droitwich Spa? Do you like local history? Our guided walks run every second Saturday in the month (from March through to November) and start at 11am from St. Richard’s House. They take in the Town Centre with its many significant buildings.

During the walk, actors from the Norbury Theatre will perform as characters who have contributed to the historic development of Droitwich.

Walks last approximately 1½ hours. Comfortable, sturdy shoes are recommended.

Cost: £3 per person
